The Rothaus brewery has delighted its customers with a creative online campaign consisting of a scratch and win competition and a virtual photo box.

Goal

The aim of the campaign was to strengthen customer loyalty and increase brand awareness by giving participants the opportunity to win attractive prizes and create personalized photos.

Idea

Participants were able to take photos on their smartphones and personalize them with Rothaus-branded stickers and filters. This was not only intended to increase the fun factor, but also to intensify interaction with the brand.

Implementation

After taking their photo, participants were able to enter their personal data via a GDPR-compliant data query and take part in the competition. They were then redirected to a digital scratch card where discounts for the Rothaus online store and DFB Cup final tickets were raffled off. Participants received an email with detailed information about their prize. This interactive campaign enabled Rothaus to strengthen customer loyalty and generate valuable leads.
