CUBE developed a Catch & Win gamification for Lampenwelt Professional, which offered visitors to the Belektro trade fair in Berlin an entertaining opportunity to learn more about the project process and win an LED lamp at the same time.
The aim of Lampenwelt Professional was to bring visitors to the Belektro trade fair closer to the project process in an innovative way and to promote engagement and interactivity through a gamification element. Another aim was to generate potential leads by collecting relevant customer data for participation in the competition.
The idea was to develop an interactive presentation that clearly illustrates the Lampenwelt Professional project process and makes it tangible for trade fair visitors. In addition, a gamification was programmed in which visitors had to collect falling luminaires and lamps in order to collect points. Those who reached a certain number of points at the end could receive an LED lamp as a prize. The gamification was not only intended to entertain, but also to increase brand loyalty and interest in Lampenwelt Professional's products.
To implement the interactive presentation and gamification, a software solution was developed that clearly illustrated the Lampenwelt Professional project process and enabled visitors to navigate clearly and easily. The gamification elements included falling lights and lamps that had to be collected with a digital shopping cart to earn points. Once a certain number of points was reached, participants could pick up an LED lamp as a prize. To take part in the competition, visitors had to provide their relevant data in advance via a GDPR-compliant data request form. This solution ensured a high level of interactivity while strengthening customer loyalty by providing a direct incentive to participate in the trade fair activity.
