Goal

The main goal when designing the JBL booth at Gamescom was to create an immersive and emotional experience that would allow visitors to dive deep into the world of gaming. In addition, the interaction and engagement of visitors was to be increased through innovative technologies and unique gaming elements. Another goal was to creatively showcase the JBL brand and collect valuable customer data in compliance with GDPR.

Idea

Our idea was to combine state-of-the-art technology with high-end hardware to offer visitors a unique, immersive experience. We developed a Pacman-style gamification where visitors could prove their skills by defeating ghosts in the JBL look. Attractive prizes awaited the best players.

Implementation

We took care of everything for the design of the JBL trade fair stand - from conception to implementation, including the in-house production of hardware and software. Visitors were able to track their experiences on a digital leaderboard and leave their data via a GDPR-compliant form to take part in competitions and obtain declarations of consent. Through innovative thinking, technological know-how and a deep understanding of target group-oriented marketing, we created a successful and unforgettable trade fair appearance for JBL.
