Goal

FILA wanted to generate leads, win new customers and promote sales through a creative gamification campaign. The aim was to use a familiar game mechanic to captivate users and draw attention to new products at the same time.

Idea

The campaign was based on an interactive Pac-Man game in which players had to avoid opponents in a maze and collect FILA items. This gamification was intended to increase the fun factor and intensify interaction with the brand.

Implementation

After a GDPR-compliant data request for name and email, the rules of the game were explained and the game began. Each player had two lives to collect as many points as possible and get on the leaderboard. After the game, users received an email with information on new styles and calls to purchase. Through instant wins and real-time data generation, FILA was able to continuously optimize the campaign. This gamification enabled FILA to effectively promote its products and collect relevant data.
