Goal

Emporio Armani wanted to use this campaign to increase traffic in its stores, improve the conversion rate and thus increase sales. The campaign aimed to target customers from all surrounding regions.

Idea

Through promoters in stores and various out-of-home measures, gift cards with QR codes were distributed, which led customers to the browser-based UpReach application. These QR codes enabled users to access the app directly without downloading it.

Implementation

Users were able to design their own Armani photo using various overlays, backgrounds and stickers and thus interact directly with the brand. After a GDPR-compliant data query, they took part in a digital scratch card competition and were immediately informed whether they had won. Winners received a personalized email with all the information they needed to redeem their prizes, which ranged from vouchers to various Emporio Armani accessories.
